Your Homework:
First - grab a piece of paper or open the notes app on your phone.
Write down one small change you’ve been thinking about making, and one big change you’ve been thinking about making.
Next, write down how you would feel if you made each change. Who would be there to celebrate with you? What emotions are you feeling right now as you write this down?
Now ask yourself - now that I know how these changes make me feel, is there anything actually standing in my way other than fear? If the answer is no - well, you’ll know what to do.
